كل دولة لا تجرِّم كل أنواع الاغتصاب لا يُعوَّل عليها

تنص المادة 503 من قانون العقوبات اللبناني على :من أكره غير زوجه بالعنف والتهديد على الجماع عوقب بالأشغال الشاقة خمس سنوات على الأقل.
وتنص المادة 504 على: يعاقب بالأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة من جامع شخص غير زوجهلا يستطيع المقاومة بسبب نقص جسدي أو نفسي أو بسبب ما استعمل نحوه من ضروب الخداع

هل لديك\ي إعتراض على القانون وعلى ما يترتب عليه من جرائم بحق إنسانية المرأة وجسمها؟
